Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice

Event Description:
The Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice is Oct. 25 to 26. Thousands of individuals from Jesuit schools across the country will meet virtually to learn, reflect, pray, connect and advocate in the context of social justice and solidarity. Hear from several world-renowned speakers, participate in small group discussions, Zoom breakout sessions, a virtual liturgy and more. This year’s theme from the Ignatian Solidarity Network is prophetic resilience.

Marquette’s delegation will meet live in AMU 226 for the virtual conference on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The Marquette delegation will meet prior to the Teach-In to prepare and after the Teach-In to plan advocacy.

Register by Monday, Oct. 5. Acceptance into delegation is determined by application responses.

The cost is $20, refundable upon completion of the conference.
